- Completed both Bachelor and Masters’ Degree
- David Pain Award (USATF Masters Distinguished Services Award) in 2016
- Member of USATF, NUTS, and ATFS
- Assisted with organizing Masters Shuttle Hurdle Relay teams at Nationals since 2007
- Assist with creating / updating Masters Track and Field Meet Records for over five different meets.
- Unofficial Single-Age American Record for 42” Hurdles (110 Meter Hurdle) for age 57 and age 60
- Varsity letter freshman year at University (College): track and field
- Varsity letter senior year at High School: track and field, and basketball
- Winner of MVP: Smudge Pot Bowl (Pop Warner Football)
- Has competed in the hurdles (as an athlete) over 32 years
